After John Cage: From his 4’33” (his  most famous work) performed as recorded by Tod Milchman in the Jumex Museum in Mexico City on July 8, 2018 at 1:42 PM.  Click on the link which take you to the John Cage Foundation, then on the “play’ button for each “performance” I recorder.


Note: The two interludes of silence are essential components of the piece.  This was recorded at an exhibit at the Jumex Museum (in the Polanco District of Mexico City) during a viewing of the exhibit titled: “Memories of underdevelopment/Art and the Decolonial Turn in Latin America 1960-1985” (“Memorias del subdesarrollo/Arte y el giro descolonial en America Latina, 1960-1985”).
